On this two hour walking tour through the city center with our expert local sommelier we tell you about the history behind the production methods used by wineries in the surrounding hills known locally as "Colli bolognesi". We visit both an enoteca (wine bar) and an Osteria (traditional Italian tavern), sampling four different red or white wines produced within the region of Emilia Romagna - each accompanied by detailed explanations that satisfy every curious palate!
