**Pickup details:**
Your activity time is **not** your pickup time. The shared shuttle begins its route 1 hour and 30 minutes before the activity start time, making multiple stops. Please check your inbox for your assigned pickup time and location. If your hotel is not listed, we will provide the nearest meeting point.
**Important:** Children under 7 years old are not permitted on the shuttle.
**Please note:** If you miss your assigned shuttle, do not worry; there may be another opportunity later that day or alternative arrangements can be made if possible. However, please ensure you arrive promptly at your designated pick-up time to avoid missing out on the first ride.
