We opened in September 2020 in Kyoto’s Sakyo Ward as an appointment-only acupuncture and moxibustion clinic. Conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Demachiyanagi Station on the Keihan Main Line, our clinic offers treatments in the private space of a traditional Kyoto machiya townhouse, allowing you to relax and unwind from your busy daily life. Our clinic incorporates cutting-edge acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, a rare method in Japan, originating in the United States. We use a small number of needles (approximately three) to provide treatments that address the underlying cause of your condition. We use thin needles and value painless treatment, so some patients barely feel the needles being inserted. We strive to ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience for first-time acupuncturists and children. We also combine acupuncture and moxibustion treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and Indiba (a high-frequency therapy device) as needed to provide a comprehensive approach to the cause of symptoms and potentially improve them. Through careful interviews and physical examinations, we will identify the underlying causes of your symptoms and propose treatments accordingly.
