Doiy Intanon has an undeniably cool climate where temperature can drop below freezing level especially between December and January. The park features twin stupas for both king and queen built atop opposite hillsides. Along this journey you will pass by villages belonging to ethnic minority groups such as the Hmongs and Karens who live according to traditional lifestyles supported by Royal Projects initiatives. Established since 1972, Doy Intanon covers approximately 482 sq km area stretching over 2565m above sea levels. This national park offers visitors not only breathtaking views but also opportunities to explore natural beauty along hiking trails leading to various attractions like Sirinthan Fall located near base camp or higher trekking routes towards top summits featuring stunning scenery throughout your hike. You may enjoy having Thai style buffet meals while taking rest after visiting scenic spots before heading back home via watching magnificent view points around Watchirettan Falls that cascades gracefully off granitic cliffs en route to reach the pinnacle of Mount Doy Intanon; despite being divided into several sections these cascading water bodies still maintain impressive total fall heights measuring about 80 metres high.
