With Covid -19 now over ,we would like to welcome visitors coming to Japan by extending warm Japanese hospitality here at our hometown base in Ōita . Kannawa Jigoku District Park Nordic Walking Tour
You will be picked up from Beppu Station or your accommodation and brought to Jigoku District Park in Beppu City. After a brief Nordic walking lesson, you'll begin your stroll - passing through the outdoor hot springs of Tsurunoyu before making your way along this scenic route towards Myoban Onsen. Enroute, make sure to take time out for a visit to Emisu shrine where visitors can leave their prayers with the gods. Once arriving at Myoban Onsen treat yourself to some famously cooked onsen tamago (hot spring egg) dishes alongside another regional delicacy known locally as jigoku steamed pudding. Afterward, head back down to Jigoku District Park then finish your tour being returned either directly to Beppu station or else straight back to your original place of lodging.
Mt. Kyōzuka & Natural Spring Nordic Walking Tour
You will be picked up from Beppu Station or your accommodation and taken to Mount Kyōzuka in Hiji Town for a Nordic walking tour. Along the way, you will experience “forest bathing” at the Sakura Plaza. Afterwards, we will travel by car to visit the sacred Mizujinja Shrine (Yamada Spring), and then return you to Beppu Station or your accommodation.
Lake Shidaka/Lake Kagurame Nordic Walking Tour
We will pick you up at Beppu Station and drive to Lake Shidaka in Beppu City. After a brief introduction of nordic walking around Lake Shidaka, after visiting "Shikaka Haku Ryu shrine" which has spiritual powers, let's do some more nordic walking towards 'Kagurami lake'. On our journey there, enjoy forest therapy while taking this leisurely stroll through nature. Then continue traveling by vehicle for another short trip before arriving back at either Beppu station or directly to where you are staying; here lies one last stop - The mysterious ‘Hinou Honome Jinja Chugo’(Mt Mitake). And finally arrive back at Beppu station or head straight to your hotel!
