Bending Light Yoga is Vero Beach's only aerial yoga studio. Aerial yoga helps decompress the spine and joints while giving people the freedom to move, play, and explore the silks. We also offer all-level mat classes, yin yoga, and wellness programs. Private sessions and parties are also available.
