My name is Mikel, and I'm from the beautiful town of San Sebastián. My life has been a journey of exploring new cultures and meeting incredible people around the world. From a young age, I have chased waves across different shores and met amazing individuals along the way. As someone raised as a Basque, I was deeply influenced by our outstanding culinary culture, which led me to become an avid foodie.
