We are Carcatta, a small family travel agency. We specialise in private transfers and bespoke tours throughout Central Europe. We offer door-to-door transfers and transfers with stops at interesting places including those listed by UNESCO that cater specifically to our customers' wishes. For larger parties we use comfortable minibuses or people carriers made by Toyota which have space for up to eleven passengers. In addition to standard shuttle services between airports and city centres, we organise customised day trips over several days. Popular programmes include visits to the Moravian Karst area (with its caves such as the famous abyss of Macocha), Brno and Southern Moravia (the Lednice - Valtice complex near Mikulov) plus excursions along Austria's picturesque Wachau valley where you will find towns like Dürnstein and Melk. These journeys may incorporate opportunities for sampling wines produced locally together with brief walks during your travels. All cars undergo regular maintenance checks so they remain mechanically sound and always presented immaculately inside and out. All chauffeurs who work for us possess expert knowledge about their respective regions having worked here many years previously as tour guides themselves. As well as being highly skilled professionals behind the wheel, each driver is committed to providing an individualised level of customer care matched only by his/her own warm personality shining through when interacting directly with guests on board.
