Cinque Terre & Gulf of Poets

Departing from Lerici, La Spezia, Portovenere, we will set sail toward the Gulf of Poets and Portovenere. We’ll cruise through this stunningly beautiful area often referred to as "the Six Countries" (Cinque Terre), renowned for its distinctive architectural style, including the dramatic Byron's Cave and the striking Church of San Pietro located right at the mouth of the bay overlooking Portovenere—a perfect location for your very first photograph! Past the quaint little village of San Pietro lies some truly breathtaking scenery featuring rugged coastal cliffs interspersed with tiny secluded coves; these hidden gems offer us just the place to pause briefly for a refreshing dip before enjoying a slice of traditional Ligurian flatbread called 'focaccia', accompanied perhaps by a cold beverage... Continuing on our journey southwards along Italy's west coast brings us next to the picturesque region of Cinque Terre itself – but more about that shortly… In fact let me tell you what happens en route - As we travel further down there are many charming seaside towns nestled amongst steep hillsides which remain largely unseen until viewed from out upon the waves below them all waiting patiently till they catch sight once again when sailing past close enough during their brief appearance within view range while navigating carefully around each corner keeping watch over potentially hazardous waters ahead whilst also taking care not lose site either side lest miss anything worth capturing forevermore via camera lens aperture settings adjusted accordingly according capture every
