The closest hamlet is approximately a twenty minute walk away, while the city centre can be reached within one hour by car. Our eco cabins have been constructed using natural building techniques to ensure your utmost comfort whilst surrounded by nature; you will also benefit from total seclusion since all units are situated over 200 metres apart.

Water Sowing Agroecological

You’ll explore our agroecological system, starting at a natural spring, skirting the “La Pilama” stream, planting water, and before enjoying the delights of the forest, you’ll visit the vegetable garden and its ancillary units, such as the vermiculture and bio-inputs. You’ll be guided by “Leiber,” an agroecological engineer, and you’ll have continuous access to hydration and seasonal fruit... approximately 3 hours.

Mogambo Eco Trail

Mogambo is a 20.5 hectare environmental trail featuring more than 3,000 species of Columbian flora and fauna. Throughout its paths visitors will discover 16 sections that foresters Leonor and Enrique have organised based on plant use including; dye plants, medicinal plants, timber producing trees and craft materials amongst many other categories. As well as exploring these areas there are sculptures depicting characters from Columbian mythologies which represent the ancient wisdom held within local Indigenous and Rural Communities. Following your walk through this beautiful area guests may choose either to make an authentic Indian Curry using up to 32 different types of spice or alternatively they could be introduced to Natural Dyes Workshop. ⚱️ Available continuously but please book ahead for groups. Guests wishing to extend their visit might like to consider spending time relaxing here overnight whilst accommodated at our eco lodge known locally as 'Mogambo', however we would equally welcome those who wish simply to come along for one days adventure!
