WINE TASTING:
An introduction to the world of Prosecco, including insights into winemaking techniques and various production regions.
A sensory analysis of four Prosecco DOCG Superiore di Cartizze sparkling wines, accompanied by descriptions of their organoleptic characteristics.
FOOD PAIRING:
The wines will be paired with two types of cheese, savory breadsticks, and a local dry cake (appetizers should not be considered a full meal).
TOUR OF THE WINERY AND VINEYARDS:
A guided visit through the winery followed by a stroll among the Cartizze vineyards, where you’ll learn about the production and vinification processes, sustainable farming practices, and have the opportunity to meet the century-old vines that define this region. The tour concludes at a scenic lookout point.
