BUSINESS GUIDELINES
By clicking the purchase button, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
1. Rates quoted and invoiced in USD must be paid in USD.
2. Euphoric dates such as Christmas and New Year's Day etc., are excluded from the current rate guidelines.
3. If for any reason the clients cancel their booking after full confirmation and payment has been made, then there will be a 50% cancellation fee retained by FreeSpiritz Jamaica; the remaining 50% balance will be refunded to the main client or business affiliate.
4. If for any reason FreeSpiritz Jamaica cancels the booking, they will provide a 90% refund to the client while retaining 10% for all preparatory works done.
5. FreeSpiritz Jamaica retains the rights to refuse or cancel bookings of services or products offered by them without providing an explanation to either the intermediary business affiliates and/or the main client.
6. Regarding Eon+Robby, Eon+Robby Freespirit and FreeSpiritz Jamaica Ltd visual contents - All visuals (past, present, and future), provided to our main clients and business associates displayed on websites (present, past, and future) and /or through various forms of digital media like web pages and social platforms including but not limited to whatsapp, facebook, instagram etcetera should display both logos i.e. logo of freespiritzs along with IG handle "@EONROBBY" solely for accreditation purpose. In case if these instructions aren't followed strictly, free spiritz jamaica holds complete authority over its decision making process.
