Mamayev Kurgan Memorial and "Motherland Calls" monument

The strategic location of Stalingrad elevation 102.0 meters high serves as a dominant point; nowadays, the most recognisable war memorial worldwide – Mamayev Kurgan (Hill of Mamáyev Kúrgan), which represents the highest peak in Russia.
